Personality: There are only a handful of words that could possibly be used to describe Gabriel. Mischevious, trickster, hedonistic are a few good ones to start with he is quite the type of man that likes to play tricks. This man doesn't do much without a trick or two in his mind, he is one that won't talk straight because there is no good reason to do so. He doesn't see a reason to be direct. He is also a man that loves indulging in all things, but sex is perhaps one of his favorite things to do. Gabriel loves to pick up women and take them home, he also will pick up anyone if they're willing because he loves to do so.

Despite this he is also a man with his heart in the right place, he is a good man still he is very much the type to do what he feels is right. He has no respect for authority though and doesn't take commands well, he would rather not have to listen to anyone or anything that is "higher" than him because of the fact that God walked out on them all. He loves to make up rude or demeaning nicknames for his enemies and he will do this often. Gabriel is one of very few angels that hold humans in very high regard, because he believes that despite their flaws they are good because they try harder than any other race he knows.

Like most angels he has a few vices that will get his attention if someone has them, his are movies, Cotton Candy. Though to be perfectly honest any sweet will get his attention, he will be there and he is also one that will play games with others because it is great fun to play games with people. He's willing to do anything he likes to get what he wants from other people.

Gabriel also has a need to protect humanity now, he will not allow Michael or Lucifer to kill the humans. He will defend them to his last breath and he will always do what is right by them and he even is willing to become a leader in his own right. He's take up the banner of the defend humans group and he is beginning to rally more angels and demons to his banner this has caused his usual trickster nature to be lessened so he'll be taken seriously. He's also very ready to protect his family no matter the cost.

History: The early days for Gabriel were in heaven, he was the baby of four of the most powerful angel's ever made. God made Gabriel last and he was the one that was least war like of all his brothers, he wouldn't tolerate fighting and as a youngster he would constantly leave when their was fighthing among them. He loved Lucifer and idolized Lucifer like any young boy would his favorite elder brother, he adored Lucifer's praise and sought his big brother's kind words. He learned at Lucifer's side and was one of the few that actually enjoyed his attention, he learned most of his more powerful abilities.

When God made humans after Gabriel was grown he would not fight his brothers or the sisters that God had made. He chose to spend all of his time with them trying to teach them fun and carefree times that would not be their's once Lucifer and Michael got them. Lucifer would not bow down to the humans and started to fight Michael, Gabriel hated it and he did his best to not partake in the fighting. So when he was alone long enough he skipped out on heaven and sought out a man that lived in the area as the vikings. He sought his permission and entered his vessel.

Gabriel was found by the pagan god Odin, he quickly pulled a trick on him and Odin took him in because their "pantheon" was missing a trickster. So he became the Trickster God Loki to the Norse and it was perhaps this that made him into the trickster he is. Loki was very hedonistic and he continued to be hedonistic, he slept with many human women and men. Whenever a woman fell pregnant by him he refused to grace the child, he wouldn't let the baby be a nephilim. As an archangel he could control that so he did to prevent more nephilim from being born, he did grace other children over the course of the years but most died or were lost to him somehow.

After that Gabriel stopped spending as much time with women but he still did, in fact he fell for a human and they conceived a child, he graced that child and she was born to her mother. It was some time later he left her with another family because the woman couldn't be left to raise her alone, he gave her up for adoption but always returned to watch over her. That was when Dean and Sam Winchester found him, he was a trickster and claiming to be a trickster. He played with them and did his part when the apocalypse came, he told them to embrace their destiny then "died" protecting them from Lucifer. He pretended to be dead for some time in order to catch up on things and watch the Winchesters.

Eventually he found the Winchester's again and spent time with them because of his daughter Aislinn being so close to Castiel. He spent much time with her and when she wanted to be Bonded he did just that for her, he Bonded her and Castiel. He also met his now husband then and they started dating and flirting and being together. It didn't take long for Gabriel to grow very close to Pierce Lothington, they went through the fight with Asmodeus together and helped to seal him away when they needed help.

Gabriel and Pierce went off to be alone for a while after Asmodeus was taken care of they spent some time together. Eventually though Gabriel knew he needed to be around his family and sought them out, he had found out that several of his children were still alive and in their own ways immortal. It helped him in dealing with everything he helped Aislinn as best he could when she needed it and did his best to continue on as shit went to hell. When the angels lost their grace and Aislinn and Cas conceived Noah Zayden, Gabriel proposed to Pierce. They had a small wedding with just family and friends invited, Gabriel was excited to have a grandson.

When Metatron came to him for help with Castiel he pitched in on the condition that Metatron leave his family alone. That Metatron not bother Pierce and then he'd help him and it worked out so he did what he'd been asked to do and it helped get things on the right course again. During the time of Demon Dean Gabriel and Pierce adopted their first child together a human boy that Gabriel named Alistair Netzach Lothington. Gabriel also took on Pierce's last name when interacting with humans who don't know he's an angel.

Roleplay Sample: Gabriel sat up and looked around the room, he was still at Pierce's place that was good at least he hadn't been taken back to Heaven. He shivered at the memory of being in Heaven again, he never wanted to go back there until Dad came home. Gabriel sighed as he remembered the fact that he had a boyfriend and the fact that his boyfriend was right here and had been the entire time he was healing. There was a part of him that wanted to get up and move around right now but he didn't he smiled to himself for a minute and snuggled into Pierce. He didn't want to wake him just yet, he stayed for a few more minutes then sighed softly as he got out of bed and stood up looking at Pierce.

He could move again! He laughed at that and walked out to the living room, then looked around at the house. Much better than he had been the last few days, he was taking in the house and walking around to get a feel for the place. He liked it, he'd have to remember some of the things here and make them in his apartment to make Pierce feel like it was also his. Though that was if they reached that point, they hadn't known each other all that long but it was enough that Gabriel wanted him around for as long as possible. There was a part of him that wondered if the cherubs had shot him and Pierce or something, he'd have to summon a cherub and question the thing.

After a little while he walked back towards the bedroom to see if Pierce were up yet or if he were still asleep it felt good to be up and about. So he stayed standing and smiled to himself, he'd let the scars from the wounds that Pierce had patched up stay. It would be a reminder of his feelings for Pierce even long after Pierce was gone, he loved him enough to keep those reminders of what they had. He sighed contentedly as he watched him, it felt good to be up and now he'd wait for Pierce to get up.

Well at least I have him and he has me, he has me for however long he lives even if we break up I'm still there for him. I'll patch his wounds and protect his ass, I care about him and I will be questioning the cherubs about this. Gabriel thought to himself and leaned against the door frame with a soft smile on his face, he didn't want to disturb Pierce's sleep so for now he stayed where he was letting his mind race.
